Wuffer reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.

Confidentiality:

You always have the right to find out what information we store. Send an email to grit@wuffer.dk if you want to know which of your information we hold.

Insurance and vaccination:

Insurance papers and vaccination certificate must be brought to the 1st training session. It is your responsibility that your dog is properly vaccinated and has (at least) liability insurance.

Payment:

All prices on the website include VAT. Payment is binding and it is non refundable – not even if the dog is in heat or there is another reason for not being able to participate in the training. It is your own responsibility to participate in dog training. Dogs in heat or dogs that carries an infectious disease may not participate in the training. However, the owner is welcome to participate in the training without the dog. If you cancel no later than 14 days before start-up, payment will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 250.
If you change the date of the agreed one-hour/massage later than 24 hours before the agreed meeting time, you are obliged to pay the full amount. If you have ordered a discount card of 3 one-on-one hours or 5 massages, these must be held within 3 months of the booking date, otherwise they will expire.
Upon joining a training class and subsequent binding confirmation, you are obliged to pay for your registration.

Prices:

Dog training class (6 x 50 min.): DKK 1,200.

One-hour/behavioral treatment: DKK 850 plus travel

Discount card for 3 x one-hour sessions/behavioural treatment: DKK 2,250 plus travel

Dog massage: DKK 650 plus travel

Discount card for 5 x massages: DKK 3,000 plus travel
